The Plan My Trip experience begins with one fill-in-the-blank sentence to determine the guests’ type of trip: social, inspiration or mission. Their first answer determines their second question. And the answer to their second question willhelp determine the third. Each question helps narrow down the number of results (attractions, events, stores and dining options) so guests can best see the options relevant to their specific trip.


Each shop, event, attraction or dining option has its own large image and is color-coded to match its location in the mall. It also includes hours, any special deals and an area where guests can take notes and save them for later.
